Users need to first create a meeting from SuiteCRM meeting module, then select Webex as the meeting type from Edit View. All emails invited to the meeting will receive an email with a Webex URL to join the meeting plus the password for access.
As shown in the configuration example below, SuiteCRM users must select the meeting type as ‘Webex’ from Verity Webex Panel in order to create a Webex meeting.
Once the meeting is successfully created, users will see ‘planned’ as the meeting status.

Easy to install and configure this add-on. An account guy like me can also configure this document. I made one mistake in rule configuring. The support team has recognized and solved it immediately. The module works as advertised and makes setting up meetings easy. I messed up on the initial configuration and couldn't get it to work but It was my mistake for not reading through the documentation completely. Thankfully their support was quick to reply and help fix my mistake and got this working great.
