WhatsApp History subpanel shows all outbound and inbound messages related to the record.
Open WhatsApp window and click on Schedule WhatsApp so it will redirect you to create a record with all value set in that record.
Select the schedule date and then save the record.
When you receive inbound WhatsApp Message in your CRM then it will show Alert notification as below.

The module works as advertised and makes setting up meetings easy. I messed up on the initial configuration and couldn't get it to work but It was my mistake for not reading through the documentation completely. Thankfully their support was quick to reply and help fix my mistake and got this working great.
