This solution works based on webhooks. When you create or update any contacts or invoices in Xero, the webhook URL will call and it will add or update the record in SuiteCRM.

The module works as advertised and makes setting up meetings easy. I messed up on the initial configuration and couldn't get it to work but It was my mistake for not reading through the documentation completely. Thankfully their support was quick to reply and help fix my mistake and got this working great.
